Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging, including the gift box and all accessories
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after the 7-day window

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, ship the item back in its original, unused condition
  4. Refund or exchange will be processed after inspection

Note: Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery before completing payment (for COD orders), as this helps avoid return issues later.
